Contacted Nick in late Jan 23 came around to price up chimney liner to get our wood burning stove up and running, quoted price which we accepted and said he would be back by 2nd week in February 23. Heard nothing back till we txted him and he said he would be there by end of February due to work backlog. After chasing on numerous occasions he eventually turned up in early March 23. He t then decided that we had to take the stove pipe out ourselves and to call him when done, we did so within 2 hours and contacted him straight back, took him two more weeks to turn up for a second time, on arrival he stated after looking up the chimney that there was a loose brick, he stated that Ee should remove it and give him a call and he would be straight back, we removed bricks from chimney Brest in loft removed brick and cleared it out and repointed the chimney Breast, within 4 hrs and called and txted on numerous occasions he refused to reply! We have now got the work done by a really decent guy who matched Ppss price plus provided much more than PPS. Would be very careful if booking PPS completely unprofessional and very rude.
