        I am so privileged to be receiving support from my support worker in the pontypool platfform office. To be honest, I would be totally lost without the support. The support I have received has helped me to learn and grow in so many ways. I truly believe that I would not be here without the support I am getting.

        Platfform have been helping me since 2019 and have been an amazing support for me with emergency housing, benefits set up, counselling services and information for mental health and wellbeing with free classes and groups that can i could attend. Also the safeguarding of clients is excellent and reassuring for the vulnerable. I have a support worker who I can contact for help and advice. She is fantastic! Platfform has all these services in one place. They have been a lifesaver to me.
