We have used Snowycones for a good few years. We have always been well looked after and had exceptional prompt service and delivery. On a couple of occasions where we have had snowycone cups with the full box order where the cups have had leakage due maybe manufacturing defects in them we have had these promptly replaced in subsequent orders. We will continue to be a loyal customer

Avoid got damaged in transit due to being poorly packaged. Item was going to be returned directly and Mark was going to resend but he got them to resend the damaged parcel that was missing half the stuff had to open a PayPal dispute as they were totally unresponsive after this really bad customer service

Beware TRADING STANDARDS INVOLVED Unresponsive to emails and phone calls Battery damaged when turned up The wrong size inverter, 1500w sent not the 2000w we ordered When I did get a reply through one email i was told that it was my responsibility to sort it out with the courier I rang several times one day and they put the phone down on me on each occasion I am still waiting for you're courier to pick up the items and have my refund issued I will be taking this further if you do not abide by the law and refund my money which I am entitled to Absolutely terrible
