Please don't make the same mistake I did went there a month ago picked a carpet went to pay by card he said his card machine was not working so my wife went back a hour later with cash now he has failed to turn up four times to fit it it's now in the hands of the trading standards seams to be a nice bloke when you go the first time but he's a con man what gets me the most my wife has just getting over having cancer

Paid for my carpet to be fitted last Thursday. And they did not show up and had to call several times. When I finally got through I was promised a call back to let me know when they would turn up and they did not call. I've tried calling over and over for the last few days and I've not got through. I will be reporting to trading standards if I do not hear from them tomorrow. Wish I listened to the other bad reviews now! Only went with them as I've been a loyal customer and have had every other room done by them. I've now find out that the other business partner has taken over and he's absolutely useless.

Really good quality carpets some of the fitters are ok. I have been waiting for a job to be finished off for 9 weeks now. Since that silent partner took over it's been a shambles. They needed to stay silent and get with the 21st century and install a computer instead of scraps of paper all over the place

Absolute shambles. The fitters are lovely. The rest is not good. Customer service is apalling. Told me 3 times about vinyl being fitted in my bathroom but have failed to fit it. Ive paid all upfront as well to have this kind of service. Shocking isnt the word guys. Theyve fitted the kitchen fine. They were what you call looking for the vinyl i repeat. They must think we are stupid. Really. Im keeling them in a job to have this level of service. How are they allowed trade like this. Its one for the ombussman guys. My advice is dont use them.
