I would fully recommend buying a car from Towacar. Paul and the team have been great from my first enquiry to picking up my vehicle. Nothing has been too much for them. The vehicle was fully prepared, MOTd and serviced, an overnight stay was provided at a local site and the team were great when we went to pick up the vehicle. They ran through how to connect the A frame, they set everything up to the Motorhome and everything went like clockwork. Paul and the team were responsive to my phone calls and always picked up the phone or phoned back if I had any questions which makes customer service excellent. You will not find a more customer focussed company in my opinion. Great product, great service and they really do give good customer service.

From looking and communicating with Paul to the delivery of my tow car the whole process was seamless. I took a risk buying without seeing but couldn't fault Paul for his openness, honesty and helpfulness. The lovely chap who delivered the car was very friendly and arrived as agreed. Paul sent me a video instruction on setting up the A Frame which was very easy to follow and very helpful. I would recommend this company especially as they offer delivery. Sharon Skinner

This has been one of the best car buying transactions that I have experienced in a long time, my car was delivered to Essex which is about 4 hours from Pontypool and was beautifully presented after that journey, please pass my thanks to the lovely chap who delivered, right from the start of this transaction Paul was brilliant to deal with, he was very fair and knowledgable and I would have no hesitation in recommending his company to anyone looking to upgrade there car, Thank You to all the team at Towacar. Toyota aygo purchase over the phone and From buying to delivery and beyond you were here for any questions and I appreciated when the car was kept to repair the roof as you weren't happy to send it to me. I've kept the videos as reference for hooking it up and have done a couple of times now with no problems. Car is in excellent condition and no problems what so ever. I know if I did you would of been just at the end of a phone! Would highly recommend and definitely buy a vehicle from you again. Just collected our little C1, Billy Toad, from Towacar Pontypool, fantastic service from first contact to collecting, advice was second to none from Paul regarding purchasing a tow car. Love this little car which will make holidays much more interesting being able to travel around. If anyone is thinking of a tow car don't hesitate to give Towacar a call, they provide great advice and service.
