If you have any insecurities I highly recommend you stay away from this shop. They have no curtain and expect you to get changed infront of everyone you bought with you in a small room. I explained I was a size 10-12 but was put it a size 8 and then the staff made fun of how my back looked in it and flicked my back. It was such an upsetting and uncomfortable experience for my first time dress shopping. They were in a rush because it was prom season and just did not care. We weren't allowed to look at any dresses, they were chosen for us to look at because "the others wont suit you". We were only in there half hour and I left feeling ugly and fat and it has really affected my confidence.

Bought a absolutely beautiful dress from these lovely people almosy half the cost of my budget I was extremely blessed to have found my dress in their sale this shop is definitely worth checking out , even after reading the negative reviews I still drove almost 1 hr to come and look at the dresses in this shop because they had a sale on , firstly there is nothing wrong with the stairs I live in a old miners valleys house and the stairs are exactly the same as my own stairs at home that lead down into my kitchen but these go up , they have a slight twist at the bottom but the incline is normal . I absolutely loved the room where you try your dresses on it is just one big changing room its the size of a bedroom but with out the bed basically. The two ladies working were really friendly and patient and accommodating i showed them the dresses I liked and I tried on about 5 and some more than once they were really good with my elderly mother too , the dresses are gorgeous and they cater for all budgets mine was 1000 and I walked away with a dress for 600 it was also the dress I felt emotional about when I seen it on the hanger so i really did bag myself my dream dress at almost half of my budget . Ok its not a boutique with chandeliers and champagne on arrival but you end up paying for those little luxurys in the cost of your dress . The man when I paid was also lovely we had a good chat actually. I would definitely say this place is worth checking out they are very down to earth and accommodating . Thank you

The ladies in here know there stuff! Went to many bridal shops and came back to this one and found my dress :)

Shop looks run down. Didnt really suit my style of dress as most of them are heavily sequinned and glitzy, despite this the assistants in the shop were helpful and friendly. However, there was no private area to change so felt a bit uncomfortable throughout my experience.

Went a few weeks ago for bridesmaids. The bridesmaids felt uncomfortable due to the fact you just change in one room . Also steps leading up to the room is very steep The younger lady was very helpful. But it just wasn't for us . I only wish I had read other reviews first. As other people have experienced the same feeling uncomfortable
