Leaving this review on behalf of someone else: I rang this shop to ask if there was a need for an appointment or just turn up as my 6 year old was excited to have his hair cut here. No need I was told, bring him in we're open until 5.30 look forward to seeing you later I said. I rushed home from work, picked him up and made it up to the shop for 4.20 so there was enough time not that it would take long. My son and I walked through the shop door to be told, "I've not got enough time to do the cut", I explained I had rang earlier and spoke to him about it, to which his response was "Yes, sorry, you can try again tomorrow, we're open later". I'm all for supporting local businesses, if we don't they will disappear from the high street, especially in these tough economic times, but I wouldn't recommend this shop sadly, extremely poor customer service, my son was clearly upset and sad but the gentleman was not the slightest bit concerned. What a lovely way to treat customers. I'll be sure to tell my son's class mates parents what they can expect if they intend going here.
