On the negative side, the tablets they have dotted around the store to help you search for the right bulbs/oils/batteries/wiper blades etc very rarely work and if you are lucky enough to find a working one they can be painfully slow. It's only a small thing but so frustrating, especially when all the staff are busy with other customers
