Very poor service. Miss ordering medication on more than one occasion. 1 week notice for reorder medication given and still late. Blood pressure medication not given for 3 days. Staff stand chatting and ignore you and other customers. Will be moving away from using boots.

Terrible service. 5 assistants including the pharmacist- went in to pick up a friends prescription had to wait 20 minutes for it - they looked cross that I even dared to ask ! ( theyd had the prescription for 2 days). I was the only customer in the shop at the time. More interested in chatting to each other about their weekend. Rude and unfriendly- avoid.

We can never get through on the phone and so many mistakes which they blame on the doctor's. I realise they get busy, but when nobody answers the phone it's extremely frustrating. I have Alzheimer's and things are difficult enough as they are.
