Very good, has had a much deserved face-lift since being taken over. Very well stocked, prices are reasonable.

Since it has been taken over by Wells it has become unreliable in filling prescriptions and following up any replacement. One month they had no codine which my husband needs now this month they have no Prograf which is a immusepressent and it for transplant to live. They blamed the system they were installing and what ever else they could blame for the incompetence. Who shuts down a working system till the new system is working as well. We are dealing with peoples lives, literally.

Since you have taken over, all I have experienced are problems. The latest was last week, when I was told that because I was the only customer who was on the highest strength of a tablet called Entresto 200mg, they did not keep it in stock because it was too expensive. Furthermore, I was told that I should order my prescription one week before.it was due. This company claim to have around 200 stores and I am told that they cannot keep one box of my regular tablets in stock. I had a Heart Attack at the end of June, while I was a patient at Glangwilli Hospital and through their actions I am here today. I was in Intensive Care for a week before being transferred to Morriston Hospital, where I was given 4 stents. Stress is one thing I have to avoid and the service that I have had at Bridge pharmacy since Chris has left has been deplorable. I never had a problem when he was there. This company had better pull it's socks up soon or they will not have a pharmacy, I will be one who will go elsewhere, making sure they do not own the pharmacy in question. At the moment they don't deserve the single star I have given them.

As a healthcare practitioner, I can wholly ratify and confirm that this pharmacy needs to be audited and SHUT DOWN immediately! I have witnessed, first-hand, errors to which have caused direct harm to patients and family members! AVOID THIS PLACE BY ALL COSTS!

Mum was on holiday and had forgotten to pack her medications. I phoned and it was no problem at all for the pharmacist. He had them prepared and waiting for her in a few minutes. Absolutely brilliant service, thank you so much.
