Amazing service, everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were great with the kids for having their eye tests too. They went above and beyond with helping me with a new pair of glasses, the new glasses are top quality too so I'm very pleased all round, thank you very much

What an excellent Opticians. I was in New Quay and needed some urgent repair to my glasses which I had stepped on. I phoned a local optician in Aberaeron who could not help, but recommended Celia Vlismas in Newcastle Emlyn. I phoned them up and spoke to Matt, who told me that he could help and to call in. This I did, and was able to see Matt, who was between appointments, straight away. He checked my glasses and confirmed that he could repair them and told me to take a seat whilst he proceeded with the repair of refitting the lens and straightening the glasses. This he did to an excellent standard as they fitted now me better than before! He would not take any payment as he classed it as an adjustment. This is definitely not a money grabbing Opticians as a previous review claims. They care about their customers, even visitors, who they know will probably not return. The staff were friendly and Covid rule compliant. I can highly recommend this Opticians and feel that local people are lucky to have such a professional and friendly business on their doorstep.

Had travelled on holiday with my family and stepped on my glasses. We called the optitian in Newcastle Emlyn and the were very helpful and we were able to drop them off within 30 minutes. The optitian was incredibly friendly and fixed them for free for me and even took the time to properly re fit them as they weren't fitting right before I stepped on them! Fantastic service, thank you to the team.

Excellent, friendly service. My son broke his frames beyond repair whilst on holiday nearby. After much effort they managed to fit his existing prism lenses into a similar new frame. All for 10 pound! Thanks so much. My son really struggles without his glasses so he can now enjoy the rest of his holiday. Would definitely recommend.
