        Owner is miserable. Refuses re-delivery parcels even though you are normally able to arrange a free delivery to your local Post Office branch if you miss a parcel from the postman.

        poor customer service , had a parcel delivered here because they say they are open till 5.30 pm to have a child answer the door at 5pm to tell me to come back after the weekend because they are having their dinner !!!!!
