Waited over an hour for our main course with no apology. Fire door kept slamming very loudly. Baby change is just a fold away table chucked in the disabled loo. It's such a shame as this could be a really nice place if the owners spent a bit of money on things like a soft door close, a proper baby changing table and hired a few extra staff.

Alright for a pint. Didn't try food. One ale on and the other due for the weekend. Shame as a bit bored of Butty Bach everywhere.

Lovely food unfortunately was let down by the service, or should I say lack of service. Was seated and drinks order taken really quickly. Then waited over 20 mins for someone to take our food order ( had to flag someone down) food arrived and every other time we have been previously a separate gravy boat was brought out, this didn't happen today so I went looking for someone to see if we could have some more gravy, yes not a problem but there was a problem because the gravy never arrived. Not once did someone come over to see if everything was OK, or to see if we needed anything else. Really wanted to order dessert as they sounded delicious but after 20 mins of waiting after finishing our food there was no sign of anyone so we went and paid the bill even then we wasn't asked if everything had been ok) My advice to staff is if you are going to sit someone in the corner out of the way (table 15)then please don't forget about them as that was clearly what happened to us today. Nearly 1 and a half hours altogether for just 1 course. lovely food but service needs reconsidering
