We used Simon to sell our bungalow. We were very happy with the whole process. He was always available on the phone, if not immediately got back very quickly, and this included outside of normal working hours. A Watts App group was set up and this was very handy. We received updates as soon as any feedback was given and had a face to face meeting when he had gathered feed back from the viewings, and guidance was given. Overall very happy and would definitely recommend

We used Simon to sell my mums property. He got a buyer quicker than we could have hoped for and managed to get us above the asking price as many people were interested in the property. Simon goes out of his way to make sure you are happy and keeps you updated on a regular basis. He is always available night or day so if you have a question or a query just message him and he either messages you back or rings you, even after 5. If I was ever to sell my property I would certainly use Simon again as he goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy which Ive never experienced with high street agencies. Simon is very easy to get along with and is a very pleasant person.

Simon has been very helpful, reassuring and informative from the viewing to the moving in process. Always available to talk if needed through WhatsApp or phone call, immediately calls you back if a call is missed. Highly recommend talking to Simon if you're seeking to move. Overall he's an absolutely lovely guy.

I found Simon to be thoroughly professional as an on-line estate agent as well as being very friendly and eager to help at every step of the sale of the property. Furthermore, he went out of his way to offer guidance and help at all times. As has already been mentioned he is available on the phone at most times to offer advice. In conclusion, I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone seeking an estate agent who is very knowledgeable and helpful at every step of the way.
