        Very poorly trained staff. The dog we were looking to adopt would jump a lot, one of the staff said to lift your knee to hip to prevent this, in actual fact you are supposed to turn your back on the dog and ignore till it stops. One of the male staff loved to tell us that he had only had 30mins with the dog and it wouldnt dare jump on him as it sensed he was the Alpha sigh. Next minute it jumped at him lol. The female member of staff took an immediate judgement of my two young boys who are 6 and 9 , saying she thought we would not be the best fit because my boys were over excited. We owned 2 lurchers for 13 years , they passed 3 years ago of course my boys would be excited for a new member to the family. So in conclusion please retrain your staff and maybe get staff who can actually be social with other humans not just with canines.
