Had my old Freelander2 serviced here, cheaper than LR specialists in the area. Rhian was great she kept me up to date with the service. We will be back, great garage. Shame there is no sales from this dealership.

Booked my car in for a health check, and the remote app was only working intermittently, from the moment I called I felt valued, respected, nothing too much trouble and Laura also provided me with a courtesy car too. Laura McGiffen was absolutely brilliant, warm professional welcome on dropping my car off and kept me informed during the day, when I collected my car the handover from Laura was world class, if I could give 10 out of 5 stars I would. Im so impressed and strongly recommend Stratstone Newport for all your Jaguar land rover requirements, they really do value your custom, definitely respect and appreciate you too. I know where my car will be going for any servicing needs from here on in. Well done you guys.

Really can't say enough about the place. But I got a free lighter out of it, not bad someone that doesn't smoke found it in the cup holder of my car...
