        I recently purchased an electric fire and surround from this company/Despite me being very specific about cabling they arrived with the wrong colour cable, them it was decided they would furnish me with cable cover and they arrived without anything to attach the cable cover to the wall. Now I have been waiting months for them to send me instructions for the fire... Happy NO!! Instruction now received It seems it was a typo error on my e mail address Apologies guys

        Bought a British Fire New Forest 1600 from this company. It is a family run business who also instal their products. From start to finish it was a refreshing first class service that they provided and the end result was a beautifully installed fireplace. We would highly recommend this company .

From the initial call out estimate to advice choosing stoves in the shop to the fitting day, everything was covered and the guys are full of helpful information plus they leave no mess in your home just a perfect new cozy fireplace.
