Just used this service again and can only speak highly of this business who have been consistently helpful, professional and offer a prompt and efficient service. Poor service, weak excuses, first pair of glasses I had in January which didn't help and then was told to use my old ones. Had a new pair of safety glasses which had a mark on them in my eye line, called in 3 times and no one has sorted it 10 months on, had another new pair of glasses beginning of December and they were no better,. When I called in to complain I was told it was because of my age that's why my glasses didn't suit, my age is58, so I asked whats the point of having an eye test and check which was 75 and new glasses at 175. Weak excuses again

Celia Vlismas is a fantastic opticians, everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Appointments are not rushed and you will not be jammed into a waiting room sitting shoulder to shoulder with lots of other people waiting, you truly get the personal service from start to finish here. The range of frames is good and the quality from my experience is excellent, the frames are not cheap and flimsy and are built to last and last, you get what you pay for and much more for quite honestly not a lot more than I have paid at a well know high street opticians in the past! On a personal note, I just picked up a new pair glasses with Hoya EnRoute lenses in them, they are fantastic and definitely worth thinking about if you struggle with reflections and glare whilst driving like me! A definite 5 stars from me!
