I ordered a pair of mule slippers as a Christmas pressie. I left it too late and the delivery date was after Christmas (completely my fault as I didn't check this before!). However, they have been delivered before Christmas! I am over the moon that they are here, and even more delighted with the quality...they are just beautiful! Just absolutely devastated I have to give them as a gift and can't keep them myself!

I was a difficult customer from the start - wanting colour combinations that weren't in the online shop, for example; Wanting to be absolutely sure that only British skins are used. I had already looked at and dismissed a lot of other designers. Yet Susie accommodated me every step of the way, resulting in the most beautiful slippers I've ever seen in my life, surpassed in their beauty only by their comfort. Every time I'm out, I look forward to stepping back into them as soon as I'm home, and cherish my 'working from home' days where my feet are happy and snuggly all day! Cannot recommend highly enough. Will definitely be purchasing again for the most wonderful people in my life.

Absolutely loved my sheepskin boots, really soft and so warm. I have had lots of compliments about them. Susie also went out of her way to help make sure on size and design. Amazing boots and service and I have already ordered sheepskin gloves as well!

Picked up my new boots today and I love them! They are toasty warm and comfortable and best of all, totally unique as I designed them myself! This well established popular business is for sale and will hopefully be snapped up by someone who can continue this very special Pembrokeshire institution
