His supportive sessions provide new skills that can be applied to assist in all walks of life. We would definitely recommend this service.

        I was referred to Nick through Access to Work to develop some new strategies for managing workplace challenges related to dyslexia. I found the coaching to be excellent. I now have greater self awareness, a clear set of medium-long term goals that I'm working towards, a stronger relationship with my manager and more confidence to do my job and to think about what comes next. I would highly recommend Nick to others

He introduced me to the ACT methodology guiding me though discovering my values/goals and introducing models and techniques to help me approach these situations in a more constructive way. Nick is an overall good guy - very compassionate, personable and a good communicator/listener. I'm really impressed with how flexible and adaptable he has been and how he combines the theory with hands on practical advice and coaching.
