        I ordered a wax jacket on boxing day and afterwards realised it was the wrong one so emailed them. Within the hour (on boxing day!!) They emailed me back to say my order is cancelled and they'll send a full refund tomorrow. Exceptional customer service

        Customer service is non existent. I called twice to query my order and got the answering machine each time. On the second occasion I left a voice message saying that my order had not arrived. No response. I sent an email last week and got no response to that either. (My purchase eventually arrived today - thrown over the gate which I appreciate is down to the Royal Mail.) Would I use or recommend the Welsh Farmhouse? Definitely not!
