Beautiful place the people there are really friendly and helpful owner let us stay in his house when our youth group's tents leaked through and collapsed truly amazing. Sam me and the boys will definitely be going back

Nice friendly owners on site and on the telephone, very polite and nice to talk to. The site is sitable for tent camping and hammock camping in the woods on the hill but unfortunately its a bit damp and marshy this time of year,you struggle to find a level pitch and also there is a working farm nearby. There are plenty of fire pits on the hill and you have to buy their wood, 12 a bag. If you're down by the house its a lot flatter, also with firepits. The facilities are very basic this time of year. Nice location and would be great in the summer

Nov 2022. Great stay at hafod, great for that bit of wild camping thats not that wild. Loads of flat pitches with stone fire pits. Great views and no phone signal unless you climb the hill a bit great place for a nice quiet break.

Fantastic wild camping site, open fires by your tent/hammock, wood can be purchased on site. The owners are always happy to help and extremely friendly
