Meddygfa Tywi Nantgaredig is in a totally different league to my previous surgery, Staff are fantastic! Ive been greeted with nothing but smiles & compassion on every visit and I cant praise them enough so far!

This surgery with absolutely no notice removed my sister as a patient for catchment issues which is understandable. My family member was on medication for mental health issues, serious ones most recently which they was aware of and has been left in a position of not having anywhere to get medication and stopped it! Absolutely appalling! Hopefully we can get her in somewhere else asap. There should be a bridging time to ensure she could access other care. Not to mention the rude male doctor. There is one doctor who was brilliant with her recently and went out of her way to help during a crises then the surgery boots her out the door with no thinking of the consequences. Poor.. thought this surgery was different than others.

I have been registered as a temporary patient at this GP multiple times over 5 years and have always found it to be very accommodating - mostly recently with a next day appointment even given current restrictions.
