        I strained my back after lifting garden pots, and after 3 weeks of pain I went to see Kate. Kate was so professional, and gave me a great massage, and good advice for maintenance of my back. I can honestly say, I didnt have another twinge after that. I can highly recommend Kate, if only for her friendly, knowledgeable manner.

She really knows her stuff and was so thorough, helpful and understanding and gave me the right amount of things to work on to resolve my problem as well as an excellent treatment.
