If could give half of star I would. Post Master always so rude. I have going there for years and never change. I dread going there, I only do cause is my local post office, other ones are far.

Checked website first for timings (open until 7.30pm) went there at 12.20pm and was told quite sharpish that it was not open until 3.30pm so I went to Abercwmboi, just as well I had the car. Not impressed.

Bought a shipping label online was told to take to post office to print off and send my parcel, checked opening times 9-7:30. Get there around 2:30 get told they dont open until 3:30, go back at 3:30, a man tells me no we dont open until 4, walk in at 4 oclock to be told sorry we dont open until 4:30. They noticed that I had been in 3 times and said nothing they just kept telling me different opening times

Been taking my dog in for months. Shes only little and no problem .she stays by my side shop is practically empty and cant see a problem as there is no food in shop. Taking my parcels elsewhere from now on. As was told today no dogs in shop
