Very poor service they knock the fone of the hook for over a hour and when u get thought all appointments have gone Reception are very rude to u as well

The Drs maybe fine when you can ever see or speak to one, but in the new combined surgery they need three times the call answering capacity reception staff wise? currently ringing Rhos house surgery- 10th March 2021, 1st call - queue pos 5, 20 minutes on call waiting, then cut off without being answered, 2nd call - position in queue 9 - 26 minutes waiting, phone picked up then immediately cut off, 3rd call - position 13 wasn't prepared to do another half hour in queue only to be cut off? The current service is unacceptable calling wise. The cutting off of people throughout the day, and appointments booking has become a 5 minute window of dialling lottery at 08:15am, if this phone service isn't improved by the the combining of surgerys into the new glyncynon surgery, it will be a continued disaster.
