Trefaldwyn Vets

Absolutely shocking. I have rang them a total of 6 times asking for a call back from a vet we used, that had charged us for things they didnt even do. 4 months later and a late fee on the bill we shouldnt be paying, finally get a call back from the vet. She was extremely rude and patronising, being sarcastic. I will not be taking any of my dogs to this vets anymore and definitely will not be taking the way we were spoken to lightly. Stay away if youre looking for decent service.

Definitely recommend, the vets and all of the team treat our pets with the utmost care, they all clearly care about animals. Not forgetting how kind and helpful everyone is to us humans. We wouldnt trust anyone else with our fur babies. Also has the best prices in the area. Thank you so much for looking after our pets

Shocking experience!! Booked our pet in to be seen today at half 2 so we arrived early,receptionist didn't know about our appointment despite talking to her earlier today! Then got left waiting in the car with a crippled dog for an hour for a vet to come outside and see us,the vet hadn't came out after an hour so we had to leave as the dog and our baby were getting to stressed out!! Really poor customer care would definitely not recommend!!!!
