        Told I had to go to the sorting office to get the bar code read. It was 3 pm. The woman didnt think to tell me it was only open 8-10am. When I got to the sorting office the lovely guy there said the main post office COULD have done it. Thanks so much Monmouth Post Office. NOT.

        The person, certainly not a lady was very very condescending and rude!!!!!! Obviously didn't like outsiders!!! Probably had a bygone mentality and no doubt a brexiteer. We will go to a till in town next time,, Its easy!!!!!!!
