With a complicated purchase and an unhelpful sellers solicitor we were grateful for Powells assistance in our recent home purchase. It was fortunate that Powells was a multidisciplinary practice and was able to assist in planning matters and they utilised their existing network to progress the transaction. Powells provided an excellent service for us in 2022 selling our property in Llanvetherine near Abergavenny. Our main representative was Abbie Young who was very professional throughout the marketing and sales process and, indeed, provided fantastic support for us during a difficult time. Abbie definitely offered a service way beyond anything we have experienced with other agents. Our house was a period property and Powells certainly appreciated its history and uniqueness. They also produced an excellent brochure and marketing online tour. In addition they liaised with the agent handling our onward purchase and did sterling work facilitating the multiple sales and purchases in the chain that we were involved with. Powells also worked seamlessly with our solicitor. I would highly recommend them.

An exceptional service, professional from start to finish. Lucy went out of her way to ensure that the process progressed as smoothly as possible. I can honestly say that without her efforts to keep the chain moving the time involved would have increased significantly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Powells to anyone involved in moving home. It is a very stressful time and having a communicative and positive estate agent involved helped us more than I can say.
