Nova Chrome is the company that I bought my first sublimation equipment 13 years ago. I had their genuine and proffesional help all the way to this day. I don't usually do google reviews as I believe just 1 transaction can not be sufficent for a negative or positive feedback. I give my 5 star rating to them, they fully deserve it for their great product range, customer service and technical support throughout all those years.

I've never spoke to such a helpful company, i couldn't recommend this company more! Ian in particular in tech support spent the better part of 2 hours helping me resolve my issue and answering all my questions! I'll without a doubt be a forever customer with this company.

Absolutely brilliant service from these guys. When they say next day delivery, you actually do get the goods next day - and even delivered on a weekend, too. Really fast turnaround to get the items I ordered picked and completed with an email advising of my completed order within minutes of me placing it. Thanks guys, keep up the good work.

Service was appalling, purchased the wrong product and wanted to return but because I opened it they wouldn't let me. I would have purchased their more expensive heat press if they would've allowed an exchanged. They did nothing but state I couldn't return, worst customer service I've dealt with as a company.

Many thanks to Ian and the team. My SG 1000 arrived damaged. The technical team is very helpful in assisting me to resolve the issue with sg technical support. The replacement arrived in the same week. Works perfectly! I was very nervous at the beginning as it is a huge investment for my small biz but Ian patiently answered all my enquiries. Thank you so much! Highly recommend to other small biz!
