        I really dont know where to start . We have just had a replacement Conservatory Roof and new windows and doors installed .I cant praise Heritage Windows enough. Peter was great . Nothing was a problem to him . I can be really fussy.. From start to finish he was on hand . Even going that little extra for us . BIG BIG THANK YOU .I have never known any installers be so particular. They tidied up every night before they left . Thanks Dan , Simon , Haydn . I would recommend this company to anyone . We are now ready for winter and able to use our conservatory all year round . Services: General window replacement, General door installation

        We used Heritage for a conservatory conversion and replacement windows. The quality and finish are first class and the price very competitive. From start to finish, Pete and the team provided an excellent, professional service. The team are trustworthy, polite and very tidy. We have confidently recommended Heritage to family and friends and would happily use them again. Services: Skylight installation, Window installation

        I'd love to give 5 stars because the windows are lovely, the guys who came to install them were great but it has been 15 months now and I still have been unable to get the guarantees out of head office. They haven't even sent any receipts for payment, just a text with their bank details as soon as the job was finished. I have chased these guarantees up countless times over the past year, always with a promise that they will be sent out and always with the excuse that the girl in the office has been off and that they aren't very good with admin. I understand that things happen that are out of a company's control but I was advised 6 weeks ago that 'windows are now registered and you should get your certificate within the next month' - why weren't they registered when they were installed? I have been extremely patient and polite but am really fed up now, sadly leaving this review is a last resort in the hope that they will finally send them out. I can 100% recommend the company for the actual windows but just make sure they give you the guarantees and an invoice before you pay them. Service: Window installation
