DPD Local Deeside Interlink

Delivery fail, I wasn't in apparently. But on the cctv at the time stated I was at my front door trimming my hedge. DPD would have had to move me out of the way to attempt delivery to me. Customer service is shocking, cant get hold of anyone and its obvious the delivery person has a serious lack in working ethic!!! I am now out 1500 due to cancelling a job because of their incompetence....

Parcel was supposed to be delivered Saturday but missed the driver he was very nice but the driver that was suppose to deliver to me today decided to deliver to the complete wrong address not even close to my home address and when phoned up to get it delivered to my address apparently the driver was to far away to turn back around to pick it up from the wrong address and deliver to my home address even tho he had just delivered it so I dont see how that works , then told he would collect the parcel when he is finished and deliver to me at 4:00pm still no sign of my parcel , your driver is shocking and needs his eyes tested and your customer service is absolutely no help at all the worst experience I have had with DPD I thought Hermes was bad but at least you get your parcel ! A formal complaint will be put in against your driver and the girl I spoke with on the phone
