        Always the worst customer service, just asked for a taxi to where I'm going and slammed the phone down. Always the same lady in the office, hasn't changed for 5 years. You'll get more blood out of stone

        Pre-booked a taxi the day before required. Waited 45 minutes after booking time and still no taxi. Very rude women on the phone. Won't be using again

        If I could do 0 I would. Left stranded with a child with 20 minutes not ice. Never ever recommend. Told we had a taxi until 20 minutes before!!!
