Unhelpful, didnt want to help, I was wanting to have Sidi Motorcycle boots resoled, I had purchased correct new soles from Sidi for boots in question , but point blankly refused to fit as said he couldnt warranty as they werent there soles, didnt care about warranty as long as professionally fitted, Still refused, said soles didnt fit boots,These were purchased from manufacturer and were perfect fit, Most unhelpful and a detriment to timpsons, will never go through their door again
