I have worked with excell since September and my experience has been really positive. They are really organised and the onboarding process is clear and easy. They provide lots of training online and in person which is useful. Everything is very clear and transparent including information on payment and holiday pay etc and payment is always on time and correct. My account manager Becca is lovely and so helpful, she is always available to text/call if I have any issues or questions and has done her best to get me as much teaching work as possible. She has also been really understanding when I have had to turn down work due to family issues. A huge positive of supply work is the flexibility and the range of experiences it provides. I highly recommend working for excell!
