        I am in Wales on holiday and brought my medication with me, only to find that one item hadn't been given to me. I rang our GP prescription line in Manchester 75 times and couldn't get through. I contacted Hughes pharmacy to see if I could get my script sent electronically but was told that if I went in I could get emergency medication. I dealt with Caroline who was extremely helpful and I could not praise her enough for giving me the medication I needed and enough to keep me going until I get back home, thank you Caroline
