First of all the staff were friendly enough but seemed to lack experience there was no attention to detail when taking measurements resulting in the glasses having to be returned after me already waiting three weeks .two weeks later the glasses arrived after being remade. As i had perched two pairs the second pair had to go back to be remade. when they came back the reacterlight coating had not been applied resulting in them having to go back again. After two more weeks i eventually received my glasses that i had paid 535 for .as you can understand i was disappointed with your service

Could see better distance without varificals, reading very good though. A pity we have another trip while the lenses are altered.

First time I have used Vision Express Mold and what a great experience thank you to all the staff for you help you are all very professional a very in depth eye test and well informed throughout .And my new glasses ready in just a few days .Thank you all so much .Dave Johnson.
