A mistake is something you do once then learn from it. Ending up in the same negative situation through my own behaviour clearly had become a habit. Tracey helped me unbelievably. The only thing I regret about seeking help is not doing it 20 years earlier

I was fortunate to find Tracy who was one the few during covid prepared to meet face to face. The counselling environment was perfect with plenty of tissues. No doubt she got me through a very difficult time, where my head was at war with my heart. Pragmatic, knowledgeable, and caring with firm operational boundaries. I felt very safe. My friends confirm a change in me for the good. I am now much stronger, able to face new challenges in my life. Thank you Tracy and big metaphorical hugs. Thoroughly recommend.

I cannot recommend Tracy highly enough, I wouldn't have gotten through the last year without her and she has given me the tools to navigate somethings on my own now. Completely changed the way I think and feel about myself.

What a powerful experience!!! I cannot recommend Tracey highly enough. Working with her has totally changed my self belief and confidence. I honestly don't know where I would be now if I hadn't took a leap and put my trust in her to help. It was a tough process at times but I am reaping the benefits. I would recommend everyone to spend some time with Tracey, working through any issues they may have. You won't regret it x

I started seeing Tracy, as many people do, at a very difficult time in my life. At the time I was grieving and also suffering with anxiety and depression (problems which had plagued me for years) as well as being trapped in a very unhealthy and emotionally abusive relationship. I was lost. Tracy helped me in a way that no previous counsellor had been able to do. We worked together for about a year and during that time she made me feel so at ease and able to open up and be vulnerable in a way that helped me to understand my feelings and problems. She is very empathetic, kind, patient, non judgemental and wise. She is incredibly easy to talk to and whilst always highly professional, it was like talking to an impartial friend. By the time I stopped seeing Tracy I had found the strength to end my toxic relationship with my partner, I had learnt to incorporate my grief into my life in a healthy way that wasn't all consuming but was instead well-adjusted and manageable. I had also learnt a lot more about my anxiety and how to handle it and not let it have power over me. I was in a good place and since then I have gone from strength to strength. I doubt I would still be alive now if I hadn't gone to counselling with Tracy, those sessions saved my life.I would recommend her to anyone who is considering counselling, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. I've seen about a dozen counsellors since I was a child and she is the only one who actually helped me. I know that if I encounter challenges in the future that I cannot handle alone, I will be returning to her for help.
