Had an issue my seiko watch, contacted seiko directly via email, they suggested returning the watch to their maidenhead branch, and i could use an official dealer to return in, took the watch in to send it back, didn't want to know, because i hadnt bought it there and paid their inflated prices, send it back via who you bought if off i was told, unhelpful, better service at argos!!!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, took a ring to be re-sized and they called with a quote quickly and even offered tightening of the diamonds and a spruce up clean. It was finished quickly and only came to less than 150! Overall very good value speedy service, would recommend.

Staff are always polite and helpful. I always take my watches and jewellery for batteries and repairs. A good selection of watches, clocks, jewellery and ornaments at reasonable prices.

Lovely considerate service. Time given into pricing the repair and informing me before going ahead with the work. Care given into safety of my bracelet whilst in they're care. Fabulous repair to my bracelet which had sat broken in a drawer for years. I'm now loving wearing it again every day. Thank you.

I can't speak highly enough of this store and its staff having bought many things there over the years. They know their stuff and, unlike many jewellers I have come across, don't try to rip you off. A great asset to the town.
