        They dealt with a claim whereby a local transport company damaged our newly laid drive. What an absolute nightmare they have been. Delaying at every opportunity. My husband has had to do lots of the chasing. Communication diabolical as is their customer service . An absolute hopeless loss adjuster. Couldn't be bothered in the slightest. Never let us know what was going on. Had to chase her all the time. Took weeks to get the money owed paid into our bank. Will write a similar review for Henderson Insurance Brokers, who Instructed Phoenix Liability to investigate the claim. All a bunch of time wasters who caused us immeasurable stress
