I approached Paula to help with training my 4 retail store managers on HR skills and performance management. Paula and her team put together a 2 day workshop for my staff and sent it to me for approval first to ensure it covered everything I needed. My managers enjoyed the two days and have told me they learnt a lot. Since the training they have been more proactive in addressing HR challenges such as managing performance and absence, this has made my life so much easier as I now have more time to focus on growing the business. The professionalism from the ladies at Ashton People Solutions is brilliant and I would definitely recommend them.

The main positive for me was the people-focused approach to the training. Other HR courses I have done are more centred on the statutory requirements of the business, but I felt Ashton People Solutions are more interested in the actual people within the HR requirements, and very much take into account the practicalities of running a business.

Everyone we deal with in the team is so helpful and knowledgeable and our questions and queries are always dealt with promptly. Knowing we have expert HR advice to hand removes so much stress and worry as I know we will be able to deal with any situation which may arise.
