Visited salon for half head and cut. Hairdresser was hungover, not a good start, so was a little cautious about staying for the duration of appt. Not v professional. Hair wasn't washed properly post foil removal. I wasn't happy with foils, half head coverage was not as expected, more like a t section, the coverage of the front of the top of the head was uneven. Salon offered to partly rectify (the front of top of head) and a 10 voucher but I didn't feel comfortable returning to the salon, I did request a full refund which based on whole experience ,that wasn't a unreasonable request . I was warned if I did leave a negative review, the owner would seek legal advice for slandering her business. This isn't slander just an honest review. Make your own mind, I certainly won't be returning.
