        Santander is the worst building society/ bank I have ever dealt with in my life, tried to apply for a credit card online on my mobile it would not let me look up the my address said press the button to look up address the button did not exist, tried on my laptop got a little further then they would not expect my works telephone number, tried to call on multiple days 50+ minutes waiting just gave up. Says on their website "just pop in to a local branch" drove over 10 miles was told I need to make an appointment asked if I could make 1 today said there is no one here to help me today, was 2 staff members doing nothing, worse bank ever.

        Doesn't give me much confidence when they can't even display the correct telephone number to call them on, a completely inept and useless bank, been trying to find a contact number all day. Do not use Santander.
