I had the most amazing treatment with Kate today. I had a body massage with cupping, an Indian head massage and a facial. The treatment was fantastic and I came out feeling like I was floating on a cloud. It truly shows how much Kate loves what she does. I fully recommend her.

This place is amazing , it has a fantastic energy, as soon as you walk in. I've had a few therapies now and always leave feeling uplifted and balanced . The team is well-grounded , knowledgeable and caring, yet professional.They heal the mind body and spirit. I'd recommend insideout wellness to anyone looking for some me time, relaxation, aches and pain relief, balanced energy, or fertility support .

I have been beyond impressed by the level of service and attention I have received from Kate. Kate looked at my posture and gave me tips on how to hold myself so that it benefits me in the future. I had the full body massage which I recommend everyone should have. Then cups which made me feel even more incredibly relaxed. Kate is the upmost professional having years and years of experience and it shows! I havent been anywhere before with that attention to detail. The room is fabulously decorated and I immediately rebooked for an Indian head massage. So I cant wait for that next week.
