Attended a friend's wedding at Caer Llan yesterday. The wedding coordinator was so well spoken and made sure the day went perfectly. The room the wedding takes place in has such stunning views down over the fields and looking out towards the Brecon Beacons. The staff were mega attentive and friendly throughout the day. It's normally the case that at weddings you get a small portion of sub par food - not here, the food was fantastic and plentiful. The beef was exceptionally good! I didn't stay at the venue but our friends that did said the rooms were great - perhaps slightly cold but they said heaters were provided. I really cannot fault anything about the venue or the staff. Thank you!

Caer Llan was the perfect wedding venue for us. The ability to have the whole venue to ourselves for the weekend was phenomenal and allowed for lots of time for us to catch up with family and close friends who stayed in the lovely rooms. With a smaller wedding guest list like ours, the size of the main room was just right and allowed the venue to fill full of life with separate cosy rooms and ample outdoor space for guests to take a break from the party. The gardens are very well maintained and full of life and colour which made for great photos. Not to mention the amazing view over the valley that made us feel like wed hired a country castle. The staff at Caer Llan were just brilliant. Jake and Vicky were communicative, open to suggestions and incredibly welcoming to us and our guests. We live overseas and despite being in a completely different time zone, they understood exactly what we wanted and kept us on track with planning throughout. They were thoughtful and understanding in accommodating our change in plans, due to COVID causing us to have to postpone our original celebration. The bar staff, wait staff, kitchen and maintenance team were lovely and hosted our party to perfection. While we were busy enjoying our wedding day, the team transformed the venue several times, liaised with suppliers arriving and coordinated our day seamlessly meaning we didnt have to worry about a thing. They even allowed us to attend the venue several times prior to our day for an engagement shoot with our photographer and to view the rooms and make plans for our decorations. From start to finish, the food was excellent. From the full English breakfasts to the wedding breakfast and everything in between; the food was fresh, tasty and provided exactly on schedule to fit our plans. The accommodation was clean, spacious and is laid out perfectly to have close family in the main house and the extended party or guests requesting a quieter room close by in the Berm House. Its clear that the family run team at Caer Llan really care about the events they host, all of our guests commented on what a fantastic venue we had, and we cannot recommend Caer Llan highly enough as a wedding venue.

We attended a wedding at Caer Llan. It was truly an incredible day. We had a warm welcome from the hosts Jake and Vicky on arrival and their hard work and that of their superb staff made it a day to remember. The food at the wedding breakfast was worthy of any top restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable with a great bathroom. It was a faultless experience. If you are looking for a venue look no further.
