Run down overpriced, dirty stained floors, plaster falling of walls and cellings fixtures and fittings dated and broken but staff were very friendly and polite. Would avoid at all costs.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Staff very helpful and courteous. Spent 2 nights in the bar area which was enjoyable. Ideal position for a base whilst visiting Milford Haven. Very sad news of the closure of this building at the end of the month. The town will lose an historic building.

I just stayed 3 nights at the Lord Nelson. Arrival 2 Sept, departed today 5 Sept. On check-in the state of the room was shocking to be honest. The wall in the room was severely water damaged, paper and plaster peeling off. Big stains on the carpet. No soap or shower gel, only shampoo. I asked for some at reception, they did find some shower gel, and said it was the only bottle they had in the hotel, and have been trying to order for 2 years? Housekeeping issues during stay: Towels not changed when left on floor - both days Bins not emptied Other: TV - was fine first night, second night only several channels, third night no channels Health and safety issues: Fire Doors in the corridors don't close properly Rodent droppings on carpet Possible mold from water damage Good: Very nice towels, large and fluffy. Comfy bed. The staff is very friendly, polite and courteous. Seemed to be doing the best that they could. Great location

Bit run down, but room was clean and pleasant and food was tasty. Would recommend at price we paid.

Very warm welcome and great pub lunch with fairly spectacular views across the water. Well-priced casual dining well done. A special shout-out to Wendy, one of the waiting team, who made the experience all the more memorable.
