Brilliant surgery, all staff are most helpful and everytime I have tried to make an appointment I have been successful in seeing a doctor that same day.

  • yes i can im not

The doctors and staff are all fantastic, bar 1. One of the receptionists is unspeakably rude and condecending. Has absolutely zero empathy or understanding for mental health sufferers, and doesnt understand the urgency of medication when provided by other providers (namely, bro cerwyn). The reason they contact the surgery directly is because it is urgent. The words used might be correct, but that tone and attitude is horrendous. I'd get fired from my job if I spoke to a client like that, even if they were wrong. I wish this was an isolated incident, and if it was I'd let it slide, but this has happened on numerous occasions with this same person, to myself as well as others, it transpires. Enough is enough. The last thing you want when you're in crisis is to argue with a receptionist. It's hard enough picking up the phone, let alone trying to explain to someone they are whollfully wrong and misunderstanding the request. It causes nothing but grief and upset.
