        As first time sellers we weren't quite sure what we were doing when selling our house. We Called West Wales properties for a valuation and I'm so glad we did! Graham has been an absolute star, he guided us every step of the way, sold our house within days and for a lot more than we were expecting too.         Not great. Had an appointment to view 2 properties on Milford marina tomorrow, one of which has been on the market since last September. Due to meet the agent there unless I heard to the contrary. Cancelled by the agent by email this afternoon as they couldn't reach me at work today to re confirm the confirmation.
