        When contacting the company the phone does not get answered. I had to email the company to make a complain about a member of staff who was parked 2inches off my new car. The company did not reply but instead showed the staff member the email. The gentle pulled up next to me in the parking spot and threaten violence against me for reporting him. He was very angry and abusive until I stepped out the car. He quick drove off still ranting and shouting threats to me as I live fairly close. This company does not have know how to handle staff complaints and seem to only want to reply to emails about potential work for them selfs.
