Usually friendly staff but this time the checkout lady/girl seemed in a hurry and just shoved everything down the shoot even causing a couple of items to fall off the end! My wife is disabled and so is not able to help me pack and the pile up of heavy items on top of fragile ones didn't help. I carefully put heavy items on the belt first to aid packing but she managed to mix everything up! Hopefully this was a 'one off' as they are usually very friendly.
